Mr. Howard entered my life 8 years ago. Since then and up until a several months ago, he would come in to visit at the library nearly every week when Dorothy would go to the beauty parlor. He always brought with him a warm smile and hug and a kiss on the cheek for me every time. I looked forward to my visits with him and found myself watching for him as it became routine and I missed him when he didn't come in. Mr. Howard found a spot in my heart and I will miss him dearly. To his family and all who had the privilege of knowing Mr. Howard, please accept my condolences and know my thoughts are with you all. Peace be with you.
