I have very fond memories of Mrs. Hemphill and the different programs that she did for us at the elementary school. Her Halloween progam will always stick in my mind. She truly cared about all the kiddos that came into her library. I had plenty of memories of Mr. and Mrs. Hemphill as the were very active in our church...as well as neighbors just a house down from mine. May you and all your families find peace, grace and joy in your memories of Dorothy. She was a very special lady to many, many people.
