Otto was one of a kind, always smiling and always kidding. I remember him always helping my Dad and Cecil Licktieg at harvest time and hauling firewood to his parents house when we were kids. May he rest in piece and I hope the Good Lord has a John Deere tractor waiting on him or he might not hear the end!

Orville & LaVerne Cole posted a condolence
Dear Family, Otto was very special to me (LaVerne). He was a student of mine, and introduced me to his family. Adolf, Emma, Elsa and Otto were always so very kind to a young, new teacher in town. We had the special bond of being of German ancestry, and we loved to exchange German "sayings" which would bring many laughs! The Klussmans made our lives richer for having known them. God bless Otto now as he joins his precious family. LaVerne and Orville Cole

Otto was a good friend and neighbor. We rode the school bus together 1956-1960. We also shared the Christian friendship of Veryl and Hilda Dietz through the Lutheran church. With an inquisitive mind, Otto had a computer to play card games on and I helped him find a printer/scanner. After I quit driving, Otto would take mother and I to town for our grocery shopping.
Fred, Karen and other close friends, we all know now that Otto is at peace, cradled in the arms of our Lord.

Rosemary Turner posted a condolence
A very brilliant man, so versed in all areas. He loved his farm and friends. He will be sorely missed. I remember when he came to a family reunion of the Weiss Family and talked about how his family and the Weiss family came to America from Germany. He was a good friend, he loved to visit with anyone who would listen.Rosemary Turner
