Dear Betty; My heartfelt condolences are with you all. One of the pleasures of moving back to Kansas was in seeing you two out and about Iola. Tarz and you were always so loving and welcoming in our encounters. I was always joyed to run into you both. I am saddened by Tarz' passing. How can I express the vacancy that will come with Tarz not driving by to visit everyday when we are back in LeRoy. He lived across the street from me, so we more less grewup together. He was a true friend and will be missed. The Lord spread his blanket over Betty and family, and give them peace.
