Prayers and respect to the family. I was a student of Mr. Garner's in the 80's at Soldan. He was an absolutely awesome character. He was my chemistry teacher. To know him was to love him. He was definitely high energy and always had a beaker in his hand. Only person I ever knew who drank from a chemistry beaker. We used to always joke and tease with him. "What's in that beaker Mr Garner?" His high strung voice was always heard down the hallways. He undoubtedly impacted many lives. He would always tell us to K.I.S.S. IT! (Keep It Simple Stupid)....lol, I was telling someone about that today and decided to look him up. That is how I found this obit. RIP Mr. Garner....we love you! You're forever a part of me. I constantly remind myself to K.I.S.S. things, and that's because of you! :)
