I didn't know Laura well, but was pleased to have worked with her briefly at College Park Family Care Center. She was good at her job and always had a smile for people. You must miss her greatly. I am praying that God will give you peace and that something good will come of this tragedy.

Please know that my thoughts and prayer's are with you at this most difficult time. I had the pleasure of getting to know Laura at Mercy Hospital in Independence when she was a student. She would come into my office to "chat" quite often. I could tell she was a family girl as she would always speak of her family. A great girl~ she will be missed by so many....

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Coltrane family! May God be with you all during this time of loss. Laura was a very happy person, she always brought a smile to my face. I worked with Laura at one of the college park locations. Laura would always go the extra mile to help us out. She would always wait patiently on our team when we were slow at getting the xray ready for her to pick up. I'll never forget her HOT Pink sunglasses that she wore almost everyday!!!! Those were awesome! May God Bless your family and comfort you during this time.

Laura was a bright spot in our office, with a smile and words of encouragement. When our daughter was delivering emergently our grand daughter 7 weeks early, Laura grabbed me in the hall, hugged me and said that she would be praying for us. That really meant alot to me as I was rushing out the door to drive 10 hours. May God wrap His arms of love, peace and strength around you all.

Coltrane family- I had the wonderful pleasure of knowing both of the girls while at school at Allen county and the yearbook and newspaper. I am so sorry for your loss. Laura and I became friends when she started working for College Park. She caught on so quickly, it allowed time for us to socialize and we did. I will never forget the stories she told about Cole. She spoke with love everytime she said his name. Every time she came back to work after being home, I would ask her what funny stuff he did that weekend and she always had stories. I will never forget her fettish for shoes and the fact that she could name every pair of Jordans. She never entered or left the office without her stylish sunglasses, especially the hot pink ones! She has OCD when it comes to her hair...and would bring her flat iron to work, because she thought she was having a bad hair day when her hair always looked nice! She could texted like nobodies business.. I didn't understand half of it as she used abbreviations all the time! I would tell her to *GETonMYlevel* and speak english. I will never forget our almost daily trips to the chinese restaurant as everyone there knew us and Laura had nicknames for all of them. I could go on and on as she made a big spot in my heart. Your family will forever be in my prayers and Laura will always be my friend! She is sleeping with the angels and living with God! Love you Laura!
