Obituary of Steven Clear
Steven Patrick Clear, 63, of Iola, Kansas, died peacefully at his home Thursday, January 16, 2014.
Steven was born October 4, 1950, in St. Cloud, Minnesota, the son of Walter Patrick and Fern Ruth (Lillestrand) Clear. The family moved to Iola in 1962. Steve graduated from Iola High School in 1969 and served in the United States Army before returning to Iola.
He married Barbara Burk and to this union had four children and later divorced.
Steve was baptized in the Wesley United Methodist Church and his memberships include the Iola American Legion and V.F.W.

11 Grandchildren & 2 Nephews
He was preceded in death by his father.
VISITATION: 3:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014, at the Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Chapel in Iola.
FUNERAL SERVICE: 10:00 a.m., Monday, Jan. 20, 2014, at Wesley United Methodist Church in Iola.
BURIAL: Highland Cemetery, Iola, Kansas
MEMORIAL: The Steven P. Clear Memorial Fund to be designated at a later date
