Lewis "Ben" Burke, 80, of Iola, Kansas, died Monday, June 15, 2015, at his home. Ben was born February 3, 1935, in Piqua, Kansas, the son of John L. and Loretta M. Burke. On May 11, 1955, he married Wilma J. Wille and they made their home near Piqua. He worked for Arbuckle Motors, Wichman Ford, and then Consolidated Oil in Chanute before retiring. His wife preceded him in death on October 21, 2005.
