Carroll E. Bland, 66, of Iola, Kansas, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at Indian Meadows Healthcare Center in Overland Park, Kansas. Carroll was born May 25, 1946, in Ayr, Nebraska, the son of William Marion and Juanita (Wright) Bland. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. Carroll married Joyce Munsen and they later divorced. He has resided in Iola the past 15 years and he worked as a carpenter. SURVIVORS: 2 Sons: Troy Bland & wife, Regina and Todd Bland & wife, Tonya all of Iola, Kansas 2 Brothers & 2 Sisters 6 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild He was preceded in death by 3 brothers.
