I never found this until now, going down a rabbit hole online. Grandma Lou, I love you. I see myself in you, in your eyes. I've grown into loving myself so much, seeing pictures of you shows me part of where I'm from. Thank you so much for giving me the best dad, I'll always remember us making cornbread together for him. I was really young when you guys lived close to us, I wish I had engaged with you more, but kids are in their own world and I have to learn to forgive that. I hope we can talk more one day and make up for all the lost time we have
