Very sorry to hear of Marvin's passing. My sincere condolences to the family. We had some very good times back in the 70's, both in Garnett and Kansas City. He was a very best friend and I will never forget him, nor the time we had together. My life is richer having known him. I can hear that laugh right now. See you on the flip side brother!

I was a childhood friend of Marvin and I remember many summer days when the neighborhood kids gathered at Irving School and played together on the playground. Marvin and I also were in the same GHS graduating class. So many memories of Marvin, particularly the two years I lived on one side of Irving and Marvin lived on the other during my second and third grades; his third and fourth. We spent many a day on the swings or playing ball at the school. A good guy and a good friend!
