I do want to give my condolences to the family... Lloyd was a great friend and a great supervisor of the Park Department in Garnett .back in 1978 to 1979 when I was employed with the city of Garnett at the park .... It was a great pleasure of working with Lloyd and right along with a good friend of Ronnie Barnett.. May the good lord with them Both.... God Bless the family.... Stevie is what Lloyd and Ronnie would call me ..
