We spent hours, and hours, and hours, in the Church at all hours of the night, singing, laughing, playing with the sound system, (hey, they gave us keys!) She prayed both FOR me, and also for people that I couldn't bring myself to pray for. She laughed, she teased, she loved. One of the sweetest and most genuine people I have ever met. My heart is consoled only in the knowing that now, not only is her body completely healed, but she is now singing in God's Choir, and that she was met by Opal. I love you, Shannon. Hug Opal for me, and save me a mic. My prayers are with you all.

Les and family, So sorry to hear that Shannon is gone. She was such a sweet gal. I remember meeting her before you two got married. We were all working at the Nursing Home in Richmond and Brad was the administrator and Cathy the Director of Nursing. Les you and Shannon were a special couple. Not everyone finds there true soul mate but you two did. And when the boys came along you were blessed even more. Shannon did touch many lives. She had that little petite voice to match the rest of her. But she was larger than life the way she cared for her family. She will be missed by the community because she became such a part of our lives. I am only sorry that she had to suffer the last few years. But I am certain that when she took her last breath on earth she took her next on in heaven. May God bless you all during the days and months ahead.
