Connie & Frank Wittman posted a condolence
Maryann and family, We are so sorry to hear of Lewis death. God certainly needed a happy guy in heaven when he called for Lewis. "Moose Poop" as he was fondly called by his neighborhood grandkids was a great guy. He could lighten up a room just with his laugh. If you need anything remember we are only a phone call away.

Mary Ann,
From the first day I met Lewis, he was only a jovial, friendly happy guy. I'm glad he and Jerry had the opportunity to be good friends. Lewis' middle name should have been Helpful.

The Sobba Kids posted a condolence
Mary Ann,
You know that Lewis and yourself were/are like grandparents to us. We hate to see him go, but we know that he is in a better place now. He is probably teaching all the little kids in heaven how to "pull his finger" or some of the other tricks up his sleeve. We will miss him dearly and he will always have a special place in our hearts.
With Sympathy and Love,
The Sobba Kids

Lewis will always be remembered for his treatment of my friends and I. He treated all of my friends like family just as you all have done since before high school. He fit your style so well. God Bless, we are praying for you.

I was just looking for Xav and Xan on face book and happened to see the update about Lewis.Wishing I didnt have to lose you when I became detached fro Brent but have always loved you all and wanted to thank you for all the good times hospitality and laughs I still hold fond memories very close to my heart. I still see the video I took of visiting the farm and I see Lewis the master outdoor chef standing there telling one joke after another just really entertaining me and the camera for all to enjoy. Prayers and my deepest heartfelt sorrow for everyones loss. God Bless you and keep you safe and strong.

Mary Ann, Xan, and Xavier.
Sorry to be so belated with my sympathy for you all. Lewis was such a warm hearted and generous man for everyone.
Mary Ann I so admired how the two of you were "friends" partnered for life. Guess that is what makes me the saddest is that you have lost this wonderful friendship. Take care and hold fast to the memories you hold dear.
