Obituary of Lucille Hallemann
Lucille Hallemann, age 87, of Southfield Michigan, formerly of Harris, Kansas, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2010, at Southfield, Michigan.
Lucille was born in Amiot, Kansas on December 7, 1922, the daughter of Michael Joseph Mulcahey and Rose Ella Minnehan. She had been a resident of Southfield, Michigan for 46 years where she had been a very active member of St. Colman Catholic Church, Farmington Hills, MI and she was a Founding member of St. Ives Catholic Church. She served on the bereavement committee and was a member of the bridge club. She also enjoyed volunteer work.
Lucille was "Devoted to her family and friends and prayed for them. As the years passed, she remained cheerful and uncomplaining in spite of her physical discomfort."
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Michael, Ray and Jim; four sisters, Millie, Dorothy, Helen, and Rita.
Lucille is survived by her husband George; and her children, James and wife, Kimberlee, and Joseph; she is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 5, 2010, at St. Patrick's Church at Emerald, Kansas. Burial will follow at the St. Patrick's Cemetery in Emerald. You may send your condolences to the family at our website at www.feuerbornfuneral.com.
