I received a phone from my dad telling me that Jim was at the VA hospital in Topeka last Weds. I took the short drive to Topeka to say Hi to him. I can't tell you how glad I am that I did it. I'm very lucky to have had him in my life. Jim was a great friend and a wonder neighbor to my parents. he will be missed and not soon be forgotten.
